CapRock Emergency was proud to organize and sponsor the first ever Trauma Symposium of its kind for the first responders in our area. Everyone had a great time learning about the latest in Cardiac and Trauma Care as well as a friendly shooting competition between Law Enforcement and EMS. Here is a short aerial clip of two of our local Paramedics shooting ground targets with “Full Auto” for your enjoyment! A HUGE thanks goes out to State Representative Kyle Kacal for opening up his Ranch (Tonkaway Ranch) for the event, and helping Chris Britt from Helibacon set up the shooting events for us. Additional thanks to Mike Schuler (TEEX Paramedic Academy), Garrett House (BCSO), and our County Sheriff Chris Kirk for assisting with this fantastic event. Every first responder left the event with a lifesaving combat tourniquet donated by CapRock Emergency
