COVID TESTING
Please note that CapRock Health System’s Covid testing procedures have changed. If you are in need of a Covid test, CapRock no longer provides public testing upon request. However, if you are being evaluated at one of our facilities as a patient, our doctors may choose to screen you using a rapid, PCR-based Covid test. Additionally, your personal doctor may also order a rapid, PCR-based COVID test to be performed at CapRock on an outpatient basis.
URGENT CARE
CapRock Health has examined our health care system as a whole, keeping in mind, as always, how best to serve the Brazos Valley community. Moving forward, we have decided to focus our attention and resources on our emergency care and hospital locations. As of April 12, 2021, CapRock Health System and Integrity Urgent Care reached an agreement for Integrity to acquire both CapRock Urgent Care at Century Square and CapRock Urgent Care at Jones Crossing.
CapRock Hospital and CapRock 24-Hour Emergency Center will continue to operate under the CapRock Health System and will remain open and ready to offer superior in-patient and emergency care.
During the urgent care brand transition, there will not be a change or discontinuation of services. At both urgent care facilities, the same highly skilled staff will continue to provide the personalized care upon which our community has come to rely.
