Marketing Manager

Marketing professionals, CapRock Health System is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our leadership team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Manager will partner with the CEO and CMO to create and execute marketing strategies for the Brazos Valley market. The selected candidate will be a self-starter who possesses strong experience in both traditional and digital marketing and an understanding of general design principles.

Position Requirements:

To be considered, candidates must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of related marketing experience (experience in the healthcare industry preferred)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effectively and efficiently own multiple projects simultaneously, is equally comfortable working independently and collaboratively, and has the ability to meet deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Position Location(s):

The position will serve at the CapRock Administrative Building in Bryan.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Marketing Director to develop and manage marketing plan and budget
  • Support the leadership team in Business Development efforts including development of presentations and print collateral, communications, scheduling of meetings, and creation/ordering of promotional materials
  • Manage the creative development of all marketing deliverables including scripting, directing, scheduling talent, and coordinating agencies/vendors  
  • Negotiate media buys and placement with paid media partners and vendors
  • Generate content for, maintain layout and functionality, and process all communications for the CapRock website and social media channels
  • Field, review, and process all requests for donations and sponsorships
  • Maintain awareness of, plan, and attend promotional and community activities including networking events, school fairs, and facility tours
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all media requests, including requests for interviews and/or comments on public issues
  • Oversee and maintain correct branding of marketing collateral orders, including but not limited to business cards and promotional materials
  • Be intimately aware of CapRock Health System and our services; know our demographics and target audiences, and be able to quickly and precisely answer questions
  • Identify key metrics and develop analytics reports to help effectively measure the success/failure of marketing campaigns
  • Manage select professional organization memberships and interactions
