Full-time Patient Experience Specialist/Front Desk Representative

CapRock Health is seeking a professional, organized, motivated, and extremely outgoing patient representative to join our front desk team. This person will serve as the face of CapRock. The candidate should have exceptional customer service skills and a desire to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Position Requirements:

To be considered, candidates must:

  • Be able to work (3)12-hour shifts per week. Weekends may be required as needed.
  • Have a High-school Diploma/GED
  • Have at least 1-3 years of relevant experience in providing customer service and/or healthcare registration/discharge processes
  • Knowledge of health insurance is strongly recommended
  • Experience in a medical office, healthcare organization, or related customer-service position is preferred.

Position Location(s):

The positions will serve at both the Bryan Hospital and the College Station 24-Hour Emergency facilities.
